Refund Policy

At JAPFREAK, we want you to feel absolutely comfortable when you make your purchase. We insure every physical item we sell, so there is no worry about your purchase items being lost or damaged during transit.  Should you encounter any problem with the shipping, please kindly get back to us within 7 days.

We provide thorough check on your physical items before we make any shipment to you. In the event, we notice your physical item, for example, the package box was dented, etc, we will notify you. Every item purchased will be shipped brand new and in the original condition as delivered by our supplier. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. Please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives if there is a defective item or incorrect delivery. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened once, unless found defective after opening. Please check the contents after the item arrives. Do note that all items unless specifically mentioned, have a maximum claim.
 

For Digital Products

We are sorry that we are unable to accept any refund or exchange, once the codes have been sent out to you. It is the buyers’ responsibility to consider before making the purchase.

For Used Games

We do not accept returns of products due to customer change of mind.

Should there be damage to the used game, please let us know within 7days from the receiving date. All shipping fee related to the return shall be at the customer expense. Should an exchange is required, any additional fee incurred shall be at the customer expense. 

Due to the nature of used games, used games will not be in a perfect condition. Neither do they come along with any additional DLC codes or accessories. Our used games are selected only when they are in an acceptable condition. We advised customers who are particular about small details check on the product to refrain from purchasing used games. There is strictly no refund or exchange once purchase is made. 

Refund Process

Once we consider the refund and is approved, we shall inform you. Should the transaction was made using PayPal, the PayPal fee will not be refunded, because this is the service fee you have paid to PayPal, and not to us. The refund will be processed within 1-7 working days.
